This is a mini amplifier incorporating a sensitive PC board mounted electret microphone. It is designed around the popular LM386 amplifier Integrated Circuit. It can be connected directly to a small speaker or headphone, or you can connect it to an audio power amplifier such as the CK193 / UK193 for more output power. The circuit incorporates an On/Off slide switch and volume control potentiometer.
